The Company
Anna Addison Associates is a public relations business, based in the Tees Valley, offering an individual, tailored service to companies wanting to stand out from the crowd whether on TV and radio or in local, regional, national, international or trade publications.
The client-base is nationwide and includes high profile sports professionals, fashion designers, web developers, restaurants, financial companies, charities, b2b professional service sector clients and individuals wanting to raise their profiles within the media.
Anna Addison Associates is listed on the National Business Link Consultants Register.
Experience
The company is run by Anna Addison, who has over ten years experience of working in the media. From the age of 17 this was with the BBC, working as a broadcast journalist in TV and radio and also in management working on high profile events such as Children in Need and Music Live. This has led to an extensive contacts list and communication and writing skills that are second to none.
Before deciding to 'fly solo' Anna worked for a number of high profile companies through a regional PR agency.
As well as undertaking a broad range of training within the BBC, Anna achieved a BA (hons) degree in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Leeds. As a fully-trained journalist, Anna is media ‘savvy’ and recognises the press trends and the needs of journalists.
Press releases and feature ideas will always be pitched to the correct journalist at the best time.
